| REGISTRATION
PROCESS 1.
Decide on the session or sessions your camper will attend. You may do a phone
reservation. 2.
Campers requesting a sponsor must contact the Camp Registar to give information
needed for processing. 3.
Mail the application to the camp office as early as possible but no later than
May 15th. A NONREFUNDABLE deposit of $50.00 must accompany the application.
Incomplete applications will be returned. 4.
A confirmation letter will be mailed directly to you from the camp upon receipt
of a completed application and deposit. This will include a recommended packing
list and information on health care. 5.
Camp fees are due four weeks before opening day of camp session. The individual
camper, parent or guardian, the local Jaycee Chapter or any other agency or organization
may pay camp fees. Payment in full must be paid one month prior to opening day
of camp sessions, unless you are on the Vacation Club Plan. 6.
Each session begins with registration on Sunday at 2:00 P.M. and ends at 4:00
P.M. Please note that no campers will begin registration prior to this time.
Each session ends and ca be pick up on Friday between 11:00 A.M. and 12:00
P.M. There is a $75.00 fee for campers picked up after 12:00. **
A limited number of camperships are available through the camp office. To apply,
mail in the application with a letter requesting assistance. If you have questions,
