General Information

Summer Camp:
*ARRIVAL TIME is: Sunday 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
*DEPARTURE TIME is: Friday 10:00 a.m.

Weekend Respite:
*ARRIVAL TIME is: Friday 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
*DEPARTURE TIME is: Sunday 10:00 a.m.

REFUND POLICY

Camp fees are due before opening day of camp session, unless you are on the Vacation Club. Interest from the date of payment shall accrue on any payment not made within ten (10) days from due date (10th of each month) at the rate of three percent (3.0%).

LATE FEE

The $50.00 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event a camper is unable to attend, the balance will be refunded if cancellation is made at least two (2) weeks prior to the session scheduled. Camper reservations made but not used will be billed unless canceled as above.

Summer campers must be picked up on FRIDAY by noon. Anyone picked after 12:00 P.M. will be charged a late fee of $75.00. Respite Weekend campers must be picked up on SUNDAY by noon. Anyone picked after 12:00 P.M. will be charged a late fee of $75.00.
